Ready for some football!

It is that time of year! Football 2011...
Below are a couple of recipes for
BooMama's DipTacular

Olive Dip
2 8 ounce Packages Softened Cream Cheese

1 10 Ounce Jar Salad Olives Drained

2 Tablespoons Mayo
Dashes of Tabasco to taste

Mix with electric mixer.
Keep refrigerated.
Serve with Frito Scoops

Fire Crackers
1 Box Saltine Crackers removed from sleeves
1 1/3 Cup Canola Oil

1-2 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper

1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

Combine oil and pepper and allow to sit for 1 hour

Pour oil and pepper combination
and package
of ranch mix over saltines.
(Use large plastic bowl with lid,
or use
large zip lock bags so these can be mixed

by rotating often during a
24 hour period
all seasonings to soak into crackers.
Enjoy alone, or with soups, salads and dips!

These keep for a long time in a closed container.

Variations of Fire Crackers:
If using Oyster crackers - 2 bags
If using Saltine "Mini's" - 1 1/2 Boxes
....Beware, as these are
any way you
choose to make them!
